T-Mag
T-MAG® is a food supplement based on Magnesium, Taurine and vitamin B6, useful in the presence of nutritional deficiencies or increased organic needs of these nutrients
Properties
- Magnesium glycerophosphate: it is one of the most bioavailable forms of magnesium. It is assimilated in an optimal manner and guarantees a high gastrointestinal tolerance. It regulates over 325 enzymatic reactions and controls the synthesis of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA), regulates cell permeability and muscle contraction. Essential for the absorption of Calcium. It actively participates in energy production reactions (Krebs cycle).
- Taurine: stabilizes and maintains the integrity of the cell membrane. Fundamental for the functionality of the brain, heart, eyes and vascular system. It modulates the flow of calcium and magnesium, which regulate the contraction of the cardiac muscle. It improves hepatic metabolism and has a detoxifying action. It exerts a calming and stabilizing action on the nervous system. In athletes it improves cardiac performance during physical effort.
- Vitamin B6: essential for the synthesis of neurotransmitters. Improves the ability to manage stress. Intervenes in the synthesis of hemoglobin and is a fundamental factor for the production of red blood cells. Acts in the transformation of homocysteine into cysteine. Essential for the synthesis of DNA and RNA. Activates the enzymes involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins
Physiological effects
Useful in the presence of magnesium deficiency symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, reduced concentration, cramps, constipation, tachycardia, high blood pressure, menopause, and premenstrual syndrome.
